Winchester Distillery launches limited edition summer gin

Winchester Distillery has marked the incredible summer of 2018 with a special edition gin.

‘Summer Garden’ is a small batch gin which uses summer berries from the New Forest Fruit Company, with botanicals including juniper, rose petals, lemon verbena and peppermint. The blend is designed to invoke the ‘quintessential taste of an English summer garden'

Head distiller and founder of Winchester Distillery, Paul Bowler comments: “We love to work with and support other local producers as much as possible so we wanted to use seasonal berries grown by fellow Hampshire Fare member, The New Forest Fruit Company, in our Summer Garden Gin recipe.”
